Stepanov Trucking LLC (“Stepanov Trucking,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a family-owned motor carrier based at 5978 S Valley Pike, Mount Crawford, VA 22841. This page explains how we collect, use, and share information, including when we send or receive SMS text messages from our business phone numbers (Webex Business Texting).

We send SMS only for operational business messages (for example dispatch, office, and customer-service texts from our work numbers). We do not use SMS for mass marketing.

We share information only as needed to run the business: with our phone/texting provider (currently Cisco Webex / Cisco Calling), mobile carriers, insurance and claims partners, accountants, lawyers, and other vendors who help us deliver the service you asked for. We do not sell your personal information.
Retention
We keep information as long as needed for the business purpose, legal, tax, or insurance requirements, and for the retention period set on our phone system for business texts.
Your choices
You can opt out of SMS by replying STOP. You can ask us to update or delete contact information that is not required by law by emailing admin@svtrk.com.
Changes
We may update this policy. The current version will be posted at this URL.
